My account is locked?

Your account may be locked due to a number of reasons:

  • Locked after multiple failed logins due to security reasons, temporary, so try again later
  • Locked as new account has not been verified / confirmed yet (click the confirmation link in your welcome email)
  • Locked due to upgrades to the Control Panel or your account, temporary, so try again later
  • Locked due to billing discrepancies on your account
  • Locked due to breaking any of our terms and conditions
